Adrap came together as a team and decided we needed to play our part in our community by doing our 67min for Mandela Day. We visited the Ithemba Lam Baby home in Forest Hill and had an opportunity to spend some time with the babies by playing with them and feeding them. Thanks to Alison and all at the Ithemba Lam Baby home for allowing us to share in their activities.

Adrap were proud to manage the campaign to launch the First School in Nelson Mandela Bay to go green using a Wind Turbine. The local wind turbine installer Vayu Wind (Pty) Ltd erected the 12-metre Kestrel wind turbine near the school field, where it was officially launched by Nelson Mandela bay Business Chamber CEO, Mr Kevin Hustler. The ribbon cutting ceremony was held after a function held in the School Hall, where Principal Mr Andre Schlemmer joined other guests in celebrating the school's historical achievement.

NDLAMBE Municipality in association with AMATOLA Water Affairs have embarked on an educational program to educate and create awareness, within the region, of the water crisis.
During the month of February we visited the schools in the Ndlambe area and interacted with the youth.The campaign was held in English and Xhosa with video footage shown to them on the importance of saving water. Educational goodie bags were issued to the pupils. Mvula our water wise mascot interacted with the kids. Posters and water crisis awareness certificates were issued to each school.
Adrap are very pleased to be given the opportunity to take on the project of South Africa's first 3D Direct Large Billboard Application on a Silo Wall for PPC (Pretoria Portland Cement). The material used was 21x21m (441m²). The Elephant head extrudes 300mm from the Silo to provide a realistic 3D effect.

The Ndlambe Municipality Water Wise Campaign Launch was a great success. The guests were greeted by the beat of Xhosa drummers and rain dancers. Ms Noluthando Vithi - Deputy Director: Ifrastructural Development (East) opened the ceremony followed by Councillor S B Funde with the official welcome. The acknowledgement of stakeholders & situation annalysis was addressed by Mr Xolani Masiza Director of Infrastructural Development. After introduction to His Worship the Mayor Vukile Michael Balura the opening of the launch of the water crisis awareness campaign was officially declaired. Acknowledgement of thanks was done by Mr Khululekile Cecil Mbolekwa then came the closing of the event by the cutting of the ribbon to launch the water crisis campaign air blimp. Thanks to the Adrap Team for a Campaign Well done.

ADRAP SUPPORTS CANCER AWARENESS!! The Adrap Team pulled together and did the 5km BIG WALK for Cancer. The rain definitely didn't put a damper on the spirits.
We at Adrap were very proud to support the Breast Cancer Awareness on the 13th October held at the GVI Oncology Centre. Air Blimp was supplied by Adrap. The High Heel Race was a great success and fun was had by all even with all the rain.
